Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 is required to secure your booking, this will come off the total of your booking. Final payments are accepted via Interac EMT or cash(preferred) at the time of pick up. If you choose to pay by credit card on pick up, a 4.31% processing fee will be added to the remaining balance. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. In the case of a late cancellation under 72 hours, you may transfer your booking, however if a suitable replacement time slot cannot be found, the remaining balance will be charged. If the equipment is damaged while in your care, you will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.
