Payment for events must be sent by EMT to up to 48 hours before or cash payment upon arrival for event.
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before for any reason with a full refund. Any cancellations within the 48 hour period are subject to a $60 cancellation fee.
For outdoor Bouncy Castle rentals, the cancellation can be made up to 24 hours before due to weather with a full refund. Cancellations made after this time are subject to a $60 cancellation fee.
