Party Room Rentals
We accept payment by Interac EMT or cash only, but as a safeguard, we will be taking credit card information for non-payments. We require this form returned within 48 hrs after the booking deposit has been sent to hold the booking. If we have to charge your card, the one-time transaction fee will be applied to your bill. As of April 2024 the fee is 3.4% + 15¢, but this can change without notice.

Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks before the event, booking time slots can be transferred as long as they will be booking an entertainment service through us.
In the event of a late cancellation, you will be given the option of transferring the booking, if you are unable to find a suitable replacement, the party amount will be due in full.

Metro Mobile Rentals:
Payment for events must be sent by EMT to jellybeanentertainmentNL@gmail.com up to 48 hours before the event or cash payment upon arrival for the event.
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before for any reason with a full refund.
Any cancellations within the 48-hour period are subject to a $60 cancellation fee.

For Mobile Reptile Shows
We require direct access, a clear path, and minimal steps/ stairs.
Help has to be given to the party attendant for the heavy lifting if there is no direct access to enter the space with a cart/dolly or additional staff will be provided for a fee
If our staff arrive and are unable to set up due to safety or accessibility concerns, you are responsible and required to pay for the party in full.
Mobile UV Dance Parties/Nerf Parties​
We require direct access to the space to load the gear in on a cart/dolly.
If our staff arrive and are unable to set up due to safety or accessibility concerns, you are responsible and required to pay for the party in full.
For UV Dance, the customer is responsible for darkening the space/covering the windows/doors to block out light.

Bookings outside of St. John's
We take a 10% deposit for out-of-town bookings, the remainder of the payment for events must be sent by EMT or cheque from a registered organization up to 72 hours before the event.
Bookings outside of St. John's require 72 hours for cancellations with a refund minus the 10% booking fee, cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

If we arrive on-site at a party, you are required to pay for the party in full.
*Additional costs are based on locations and travel time for round-trips over 40km from our office in East End.

Winter/Extreme Weather Policy
For safe travel to and from parties; we require main roadways to be plowed, driveways shovelled, and salted with a clear path to the entrance for our staff to safely bring in equipment.
If there is a 24-hour parking ban enacted by your municipality, we will require off-street parking.
We go by the busses and https://511nl.ca/ if you're unsure, check out the road conditions from Stavanger Drive to the address for the party.
We will be in touch if the roads say "Covered"(at our discretion) or "Travel Not Recommended"(we wouldn't send our staff out).

BOUNCY CASTLES/ BOUNCERS RULES
​

It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure rules are followed and in the event of unsafe conditions(rain, snow, high winds etc), the bouncer use is suspended and disconnected from power
-
The bouncer must be monitored by a responsible adult at all times during use
-
No shoes, jewelry, lanyards, badges
-
No food, water, or liquids of any kind
-
No body paints, confetti cannons, streamers, or silly string in and around the bouncer
-
No pets, toys, or sharp instruments
-
No smoking in or near the bouncer
-
No barbeques or fires near the bouncer
-
No jumping against the netting
-
No hanging on the edges of the bouncer
-
No laying down while others are bouncing
-
No jumping on the outside edge of bouncers
-
Slides should be used feet first
-
No exceeding weight limit that is posted on the bouncer (Ranges from 900-1200lbs)

Take caution if glasses are required- we are not responsible for damage to glasses.

INDOOR BOUNCY CASTLES
* All Bouncy Castle rentals are now unattended, if you require an attendant, please let us know when booking.

OUTDOOR BOUNCY CASTLES
​
All bouncy castle rentals must be indoors from October until the end of May.​
* All Bouncy Castle rentals are now unattended, if you require an attendant, please let us know when booking
Outdoor rentals do not include a generator, if you do not have access to power, please let us know when booking.

For Outdoor Bouncy Castles

Cancellation can be made up to 24 hours before due to weather (rain, snow, high winds 32km or higher, etc) with a full refund.
-
Cancellations made within the 24 hours before are subject to a $60 cancellation fee.

We require direct access to the setup area with a clear path and no steps/ stairs or long steep hills/inclines to or in the area.
-
We require access to power- please advise if a generator is needed when booking.
If booking more than one bouncy castle, each bouncer requires its own outlet/ generator. *If multiple blowers are plugged into one outlet, it will trip the breaker. -
We require space free of power lines, debris, rocks, trees, water, and flat ground for safe operation.(clearance of at least 2 ft for movement during use)Th

If setting up on asphalt/ pavement, the area must be swept ahead of arrival. (We require notice if setting up on ashpalt/ pavement)

Do not cut the grass the day of or 24 hours before the bouncy castles arrival. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if needed.

All animal waste must be removed from the area before setup- we cannot set up on or near animal waste
-
The bouncy castle will arrive within a 2-hour window before the start time and be picked up within 2 hours after the end time.

If we arrive to set up the bouncy castle and are unable to do so due to weather or safety concerns, you are responsible for and required to pay for the full cost of the rental.
