Lock, Load, and Let the Foam Fly – Nerf Party Time!
Service Description
One of our most popular party options, thanks to its engaging gameplay and the convenience it offers parents, who can relax and enjoy the hour while we take care of the fun! What we need: - A minimum 20x50 ft indoor space for gameplay is reccommended (approximately half the size of a standard gym). - Access to the space 30 to 45 minutes before the event begins. If we only have access 15 minutes before the party start time, we’ll continue setting up during the first 15 minutes of the event. This allows latecomers to arrive and get settled before gameplay begins. What we provide: - Safety glasses, Nerf guns, darts, obstacles, and an enthusiastic Nerf facilitator to lead the group through exciting games like Capture the Flamingo, Elimination, Free-for-All, Red vs. Blue, Kids vs. Adults, or any other game your group would enjoy, as long as it can be played safely. Age Recommendation: - Our Nerf games are best suited for ages 7 and up. Based on our experience, younger children may struggle with handling the guns, understanding the rules, and tolerating the sting of the darts. Getting hit by a dart can cause a brief sting, so we recommend caution when booking for children under 7. We also ask that parents remain close by to assist with gameplay for younger participants.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 is required to secure your booking, this will come off the total of your booking. Final payments are accepted via Interac EMT or cash(preferred) at the party. If you choose to pay by credit card on the day of the party, a 4.31% processing fee will be added to the remaining balance. Travel fees will apply for locations outside a 40km round trip from Stavanger Drive. We will contact you with an updated price if this applies. Travel fees are typically $0.75 per kilometer for distances beyond a 40km round trip, with additional charges if more than one staff member is required. Example, if you live 30km from Stavanger Drive, it is (60km round trip) - (40km free delivery) = 20km x $0.75 = $15.00 plus hst delivery fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. In the case of a late cancellation under 72 hours, you may transfer your booking, however if a suitable replacement time slot cannot be found, the remaining balance will be charged. For bookings greater than $500 we require a 10% non-refundable deposit (we will contact you for the additional payment). Winter/Extreme Weather Policy: For safe travel to and from parties; we require main roadways to be plowed, driveways shovelled, and salted with a clear path to the entrance for our staff to safely bring in equipment. If there is a 24-hour parking ban enacted by your municipality, we will require off-street parking. We will be in touch if the roads say "Covered"(at our discretion) or "Travel Not Recommended"(we wouldn't send our staff out). In these extreme cases a cancellation fee would not apply.
