Service Description
Our UV Dance parties are perfect for all ages—get ready to glow! What we need: - An open dance floor with minimal natural light for the best glow effect. The client is responsible for darkening the space to ensure maximum glow impact. - Access to the venue 30-45 minutes before the event start time for setup. What we provide: - DJ and music - Speakers and the ability to take on-site requests (Wi-Fi required for requests) - Black lights (sufficient for any space size, but the venue must be darkened by the client) - Laser lights - 30 glow sticks - 30 UV-reactive balloons - Streamer gun operated by Jelly Bean DJ Please send us any song requests or playlists, and we'll make sure to play them! On-site requests can only be accommodated if Wi-Fi is available. Note: - The client is responsible for darkening the space by covering windows or doors. - Clean-up of streamers and confetti cannon not included. Get ready to dance and shine!
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 is required to secure your booking, this will come off the total of your booking. Final payments are accepted via Interac EMT or cash(preferred) at the party. If you choose to pay by credit card on the day of the party, a 4.31% processing fee will be added to the remaining balance. Travel fees will apply for locations outside a 40km round trip from Stavanger Drive. We will contact you with an updated price if this applies. Travel fees are typically $0.75 per kilometer for distances beyond a 40km round trip, with additional charges if more than one staff member is required. Example, if you live 30km from Stavanger Drive, it is (60km round trip) - (40km free delivery) = 20km x $0.75 = $15.00 plus hst delivery fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. In the case of a late cancellation under 72 hours, you may transfer your booking, however if a suitable replacement time slot cannot be found, the remaining balance will be charged. For bookings greater than $500 we require a 10% non-refundable deposit (we will contact you for the additional payment). Winter/Extreme Weather Policy: For safe travel to and from parties; we require main roadways to be plowed, driveways shovelled, and salted with a clear path to the entrance for our staff to safely bring in equipment. If there is a 24-hour parking ban enacted by your municipality, we will require off-street parking. We will be in touch if the roads say "Covered"(at our discretion) or "Travel Not Recommended"(we wouldn't send our staff out). In these extreme cases a cancellation fee would not apply.
